Grand Opening today! It was busy but the staff were attentive. The food is much better than what I had at the other Vietnamese restaurant in Moreno Valley. I like Saigon Bistro's shrimp salad. It's tasty and the portion is generous. The fresh rolls and Bun Bo Hue is better than the ones I tried at the other restaurant too (I believe that there are only two major Vietnamese restaurants in the city of Moreno Valley. Overall, it's a good experience any I'll be back to try other dishes.

The best Vietnamese restaurant in the City of Moreno Valley. Fresh and tasty, clean and friendly atmosphere. Since the Grand Opening might have to wait for the food otherwise perfect. Definitely will come back. Highly recommended

First time here and I was unimpressed. The broth is ok but the noodles were undercooked and hard, the meat was also hard. The nem nuong did not taste like nem nuong but more like cha which is a steamed ham. Pricing is higher than other pho places in the area. Spoon was not clean. The waitress was nice. She asked if everything was, I said noodles were uncooked, she said ok I will tell the chef and that was the end of it. Seriously, I don't think I have the courage to come back.
